About Me

Thank you for your interest in my work.

In my artistic practice, I bring together biographical experience, technical understanding and a spirit of invention. I am fascinated by the interplay of technology, aesthetics and art—and by the possibility of translating philosophical ideas into a visual language.

I was born in Antalya and grew up in Stuttgart from the 1970s onwards as the child of an immigrant family. Today, I live and work in Karlsruhe. The search for my own path beyond rigid structures shapes both my life and my artistic practice.

What Drives Me

​​An inner creative restlessness moves me to pursue unusual ideas and give them form. Challenging projects, in particular, awaken my curiosity and my desire to explore their possibilities.

Following this impulse, I have developed technical inventions as a self-taught practitioner and published my own theoretical reflections on physical phenomena. My search for a connection between light, art and design gave rise to the light paintings. They are based on a concept I developed and patented myself.
