This website is operated using Wix. The provider is Wix.com Ltd., 5 Yunitsman St., Tel Aviv, Israel. Wix provides the technical infrastructure for the website, the display of the artworks and the contact form.

3. Recipients and data processing outside the EU

According to the data processing agreement, transfers to Wix in Israel are based on the adequacy decision of the European Commission. 4. Contact form and personal enquiries
When you use the contact form, the information you enter is processed to handle your enquiry. First name and email address are required fields; surname and message may be added. Please provide only information that is necessary for your enquiry.
The form is provided through Wix. The information submitted is processed within the Wix form and contact management system. For enquiries concerning the possible purchase of an artwork or another contractual relationship, the legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchst. b DSGVO. Other enquiries are processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in handling incoming enquiries and communicating with interested parties (Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchst. f DSGVO).
If you contact us directly by email, we process your email address, the message content and the communication data necessary to handle your enquiry through the email account and its provider. The legal bases stated above also apply to this processing.

5. Artworks, galleries and videos
The images, galleries and Wix video content are provided through the technical infrastructure of Wix. Accessing them generates the technical access data described in Section 2. No user account is required to view the artworks.
